If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact the company to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a prompt refund or exchange. Defective products will be sent a prepaid return label and will be repaired or exchange at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same or greater dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Products must be returned in a salable condition - clean and undamaged in the original packaging. Special orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address given to you when you receive the RMA.
