SHIPPING: You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
Items in stock will normally ship within 1-2 working days (weekends and holidays excepted). Shipping charges are quoted charges from UPS or FedEx. Orders for delivery to locations in the United States will normally be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Canada - Shipping to Canada is via UPS or FedEx. The purchaser is responsible for any taxes or duties due on the products.
International orders - Most items are available for international shipping. Please contact us for shipping costs and electric plug requirements. The purchaser is responsible for any taxes or duties due on the products.
BACKORDERS: You will be notified if any of the items are out of stock and given an estimated delivery date for the out of stock items. We will ship the partial order according to our shipping policy. While we strive to keep as complete an inventory as possible, due to high demand at times we will be out of stock of items when they are ordered.
